Here at UnknownReefers, we strive to provide the best shipping experience for our customers. We take great care in packaging your marine products. Our goal is to build trust and ensure customer loyalty.

We will use Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm for that guaranteed next day delivery

​Once you have made your purchase please email / WhatsApp your chosen day for shipping, there will need to be someone at this address to sign for the parcel.

​​​Saturday Delivery

We do not offer Saturday delivery.

DOA & Returns Policy

Unfortunately we do not offer a returns policy due to nature of our product.

To allow us to deal with a DOA we require photographs via email or phone with the product in its original packaging and seal still in tacked, within 1 hour of taking delivery. Once the product has been added in to the customers system we can take no responsibility.
